We love to incorporate salvaged components such as marble sinks, clawfoot tubs, architectural brackets, hardware, doors and sash, flooring, etc. into the job. Salvage items can have sentimental value to a homeowner or just be brought in from elsewhere to liven up the project or help the new project or addition blend in with the old.

Whatever the reason, don't be fooled by the misconception that you're saving money using free or discounted materials. The cost of engineering and the execution of applying these materials usually offsets the percieved savings.

I've often said there's nothing more expensive than looking like a poor farmer - but it's still worth it!
